How do you price a cleaning?

Flat rates by size and frequency — no hourly surprises. Weekly: $75 (1 bed), $99 (2 bed), $125 (3 bed). Bi-weekly: $85 / $115 / $145. Monthly: $105 / $140 / $175. The more often we come, the less each visit costs, because less dirt builds up. One-time cleans (no schedule) are $115 / $150 / $185. Deep cleans from $165, move-outs from $195, pet homes add $15.

Are you insured? Who actually comes to my home?

Urban Clean is insured. And you won't get a rotating crew of strangers — only people we know and trust come into your home, visit after visit. Property managers can request our COI and W-9.

Do you use pet-safe products?

Always. We use non-toxic, low-fume cleaners and a fur-focused routine for homes and apartments with pets.

What if I'm not happy with the clean?
